Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor Çağla Çağatay combines clinical experience, academic research and mindful exercise in a personal movement journey.

I believe assessment and exercise become meaningful when they are supported by evidence and shaped around the person.

After completing her BSc and MSc at Gazi University, Çağla gained experience across musculoskeletal, neurological and sports rehabilitation settings. Today, she performs comprehensive assessments, develops individual rehabilitation programmes, and delivers individual and small-group Pilates sessions at VOB Pilates Academy.

Her Pilates training includes VOB Pilates Academy Level 1, 2 and 3 certifications, Pilates for Pregnancy, and an instructor certificate from the Australia Sports Institute.
